Thanks for the welcome...
I got it in USA from a pocketbookreader.com, the original place in US. And I live in Holland, so that's why my question about warranty. On my warranty it says ''your local service center'' and it doesn't say it is only for the US but I still wondered about it. As for the lines on it, they are straight and if the device is completely charged they don't always show, only like half of the screen is cut off. But the pics I will upload later in the day... I am at work now ...
Somebody told me lately it could be a software thing, and that I should do the firmware upgrade...
