Best eReader for SEC filings

I view a lot of SEC filings with text and large tables/charts (proxy statements and annual reports). Typically I download these files in .pdf format, but I can also download them in Word or Explorer. I am looking for recommendations on the best eReader for these types of filings, and a recommendation on the best format to download them for that eReader.

The main features I need are:

- display that makes the filings easy to read (don't want to have to zoom in and out)

- keyword search functionality that would be easy to use

- ability to easily highlight and annotate

It would also be extremely nice for the device to have wifi access and the ability to read the WSJ.

Finally, once you save annotations and highlighting, can you move the file to your computer and view your annotations and highlighting that was saved on the eReader?

Thanks for any and all help ahead of time...

Mike
