Very true. I'd think most remaining Kindle 1 owners will give this serious consideration. And I believe Jeff Bezos is correct that many families will turn into 2 Kindle households thanks to the $139 WiFi only edition. Thanks to the "6 concurrent licences" for most commercial Kindle ebooks, mom and pop can read that same darn thriller *at the same time* on their own Kindles. Can't do THAT with a paperback!
