No.
First, it's illegal and unethical. Not just as in theft from B&N (who wants you from a customer), but they do not have the right to sell these anywhere but in the US (as is true of all their books).
Second, they have DRM and require you to set up the purchaser's name and CC info on your system to read them.....
Third - yes, it would be against forum rules.
