A solution could be of setting the thread in order that the posts' flow is placate. So that a reply with a delay of 12 hours is not lost in the traffic of one liners. Your recent thread on
American Gods was quite successful from this and from the international points of view.
Informative threads do not pose problems. It is the discussions.
