Hi! I have a question I have not encountered at work. I lent a book to my cousin that ended up going to her archive. Turns out I had archived it before sending it. I lent from BN.com because it was easier for me at that moment. I unarchived it on my end but she still can not open it.

Has this happened to anyone else? What was your solution?
