Well, in reality I already purchased an e-reader - two days ago, in fact! I spent three hours in that store before deciding on Hanvon's 5 inches WISEreader 526. It has been great so far!
Thank you for your advice anyway! What you say is really true--impartial user reviews are always going to be more helpful than technical details from the product company.
