It worked for me earlier this afternoon. Of course then Cydia was swamped. And some key tools (MobileTerminal) don't yet work on iOS 4 (tip: install OpenSSH and change your mobile/root passwords that way since MobileTerminal will just crash if you try to run it).
I'm very happy to once again have full multitasking (via backgrounder) while still having access to iOS 4 functionality. I had previously jailbroken my 3GS new bootrom with Spirit on 3.1.3 but couldn't resist the iOS 4 upgrade.
