Unfortunately, I don't have a solution. Just wanted to report that my 900 started wigging-out on my yesterday for no reason that I can discern. Started exhibiting the same behavior. I have a memory stick & an SD card in my unit.
It's still doing it today. I tried attaching it to my Mac to see if a synch with the library software would help but Reader crashed when I did that.
I guess I'll pull those & see if that "correct" the strange behavior I'm seeing now.
