Well, I don't know if the new cover helped...but it certainly didn't hurt. July was my best month so far for THE WALK...I sold 880 copies. I know that's nothing compared to how Joe Konrath and some others here are selling (with all of my out-of-print books combined, I am earning on the Kindle in one month what Joe earns from his ebooks in a week). But for me, for a book that was out-of-print and earning me nothing a year ago, it's very exciting.
