Looks like I spoke too soon. Tony is right, the ASIN alone will not make the book show up properly on Facebook. However, it does add proper cover art to Kindle applications on other devices. So it's still useful to add the ASIN, if you're so inclined. Unfortunately, it appears I'm no closer to figuring out the shared highlight tagging issue.
