What's the point harping about build quality when the Sony Connect software SUCKS big time? It was primitive to start with and every new release seems to take it back 500 years at least! The latest update wiped out most of my e-books and re-syncing is a logistical nightmare. I have the 505 but am tempted towards the Nook (wifi + epub support)
