Just starting using the Pandigital Novel with calibre. I'm currently using the default setting, is there another setting I should be using??
What's the best way to set it up?

Also, for the book covers, the PDN need the cover to be named the same as the book text. Can calibre rename the cover images automatically, or do I have to do that manually? (Currently all the cover images are named "cover.jpg")
