Same thing happened to me when I bought my Kobobook (others that I have bought from them have had no trouble at all). It was "Barefoot" by Elin Hildebrand. Which book did you buy? I called Kobo's 1-800 number and they were very helpful. They said that they would look at it and if the book publisher couldn't fix it I would receive a refund.
