Well the cat is out of the bag now ... one of first exercises in the Marines we ended up doing that - we just called it a cat pile, after the piles of kittens you see in the window at the pet shop.

Stupid me didn't read the fine print where it said my reserve unit was a cold weather, mountain warfare unit. When I had to leave the pile and stand watch I thought I was going to die. I honestly, seriously thought that that was it and I was going to freeze solid. After I few years of experience and training the worst part of nights like that was knowing you weren't going to die.
