Yes, but they also have to deliver that quality. At the moment they do so on build quality and style, but are lagging behind on memory, ePub firmware support, battery life (given the figures quoted for page turns), page turn speed, font sizes, let alone additional features such as TTS and audio.

After making this statement the next Sonys need to be a real step forward - which would be great to see, if so.
