That'll be me .....

and now it is released I should be ok to cover off a few bits.
Personally I found the click buttons easier to depress than the current larger buttons on my K2i (Amazon asked us to bring our existing Kindle along to compare side by side). I pressed them slightly sideways, if anything, but they are small width ways but 'deep' enough that it is not a problem, the sideways action may also be habit from the K2i where you have to do that.
Page back button is also at the right hand side replacing the home button, which is relocated to the keyboard. They have a definite click in feel, but not so much in noise, if that makes sense. My particular favorite was the 4 way pad section as I wasn't the biggest fan of the joystick on the K2i. My instinct was to use my thumb but I have RSI in the right thumb from years and years of keyboarding and mouse work, and I did find the joystick made my thumb ache a bit.
The back of the unit was covered in a matt rubbery substance which I think should provide better grip for those who like to read their Kindle 'naked', as it were.
You should definitely be able to hold in one hand to read, same as K2i, it is a bit lighter overall as well, but the screens are the same size. Side by side it looks like the screen is smaller but it is a bit of an illusion based on the smaller bezel size.
Like anything with any of the readers, it is all very personal so what works for me or anyone else, might not work for another.
