I bought one of the M-Edge leather cases with my Iliad (case arrived before the reader did!), but have now returned it.

I found it very difficuylt to get the stylus out, especially in a hurry, but worse than that it was almost impossible to use the flip bar as the retaining strip next to it gets in the way. flipping left was fine, but right was impossible without digging your finger in.

I couldn't recommend it as the flip bar is a key feature of the Iliad. It's a shame because in all other respects its a nice case.
