I am trying to draft a nasty, ahem I mean "firm" letter to an 'orrible Government Department.
Pretty much telling them they can stick their inspection where the sun don't shine and we won't be providing them with access etc.etc. All without pissing them off too much. Having trouble starting. Perhaps I should open Word, and start. Dear Madam,
