Is this possible?

Also I have pdf's that I manually copy over to my ereader (kobo) but even if I make folder's it does not reflect as such on my reader and just shows them as one flat list. I'm wondering can I have calibre upload my pdf's to my reader without conversion and if they would just end up in the same place or be listed with my other books?
With the reader connected and the books listed in one of the READER (device) lists, Right click-delete applies to that selected item only
