The iPhone already exists.....
Seriously, I just can't see a phone larger than the iPhone, being a hot item. Unless the idea of the "man purse" really catches on, only women would be able to comfortably take it everywhere....... Plus, even holding an object with even a 5" screen up to my face.... seem really odd to me....
But, heck... someone may make it, and in 5 years I may have it... who knows.
