Easy? Not really, no. Possible? Sure. You need to somehow get the books out of Kindle (you can do that by using a tool that can read iPhone backups and pull files out, then look for the .azw files in the kindle directory and open them in Kindle for PC to verify which is which). Once you've gotten your hands on the Kindle files, you then have to break the DRM (not going to help with that here -- google is your friend). Once you have broken the DRM, you can load the files into a tool like Calibre and convert to other formats (pdb for ereader, epub for Stanza or iBooks). Once you have the books in the target formats, you can load them into your books however you like (sync through itunes, put them on a webpage and download them, download them from the calibre server, etc).
