No, there is currently no way to sync between nook and the B&N ereader app for iPhone. B&N just released the nook for android app, and one of the features touted is that the app can sync bookmarks and last page read. If it's successful, and they've developed the sync for android, I would think B&N should be rolling out the technology via updates to their existing apps on other platforms in the near future.
