The best deal I've seen specifically on a Sony was a few weeks ago on Woot! for $100 or $105 I think (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Other than that, the best price I've seen on a 5" PRS-300 right now is $135-$140. Your other option is to try ebay or the flea market here for a lightly used one maybe.
