Hello,

I have downloaded Kindle 2.5.2 from the Amazon site and SUCCESSFULLY updated my Kindle DX US. BUT, none of the new features of version 2.5, such as Device Password, appear in the Setting page.

I contacted the Amazon customer service, they told me in order to use the Collections or Password Protection features, Kindle will need to connect to the Whispernet once to allow the additional features to load on it.

Since I am not living in the US, it is not possible for my Kindle to connect to the Whispernet within the U.S. So, anybody can help me to solve this. I really like and need the new features of the Kindle 2.5.
