I have had similar experiences with Michael McCollum, John Hemry (Jack Campbell) and Steven Lake. The outcomes of which were all good.

John Hemry was genuinely concerned about geographic restrictions and was going to have a chat with his agent.

Proves that the publishers or ebook stores are causing the issue in the main and not the authors.
