I'm merely expressing an educated opinion. Sorry if it annoys you. But typically we try not to take things to a personal level in this forum. I've been guilty of snapping back at those who have gotten personal with me in the past, and always regretted it. Let us keep it civil and remember that this site encourages free thinking and open minded thoughtfulness--which is how we learn.

And in my opinion, forum polls or NOT necessarily representative of market realities as most buyers or would be buyers probably don't ever visit any particular forum. Forum polls are what they are, the opinions of those few who post in them.
