To embed that video, insert the part after the "=" sign between the YouTube brackets. In this case,

[youtube]GlKL_EpnSp8[youtube]

IMPORTANT: Make sure there is a forward slash (/) immediately before the second occurrence of the word "youtube". I omitted it in the example, otherwise it would have been recognized as HTML and you wouldn't see the code.
