Filip, I'll give you a first tip. You can install multiple dictionaries, one per language, in the settings. You can toggle from one to the other while pressing the little planet at the bottom of the keyboard.

Second tip, get the manual for the iPad in the free iBooks app. It'll save you many hours of searching...
