Paint me a cynic, but I take this report with a large chunk of salt.
Having worked with a lot of large Indian IT companies (TCS, Wipro), I have formed an unfortunate reflex to discount everything they promise by at least 80%.
I am not saying they do this on purpose, but some time their promises and estimates seem to be overly optimistic and not always based on factual premises.
