Brent Spiner also starred in one of my all-time favorite episodes of
Tales from the Darkside ("Too Stubborn to Die"). The story concerned an old man who was still going about his business—and aggravating his family and friends in the process—because we was too ornery to admit he had died. Spiner played a minister who tried unsuccessfully to convince the old man that the doctor who signed his death certificate was right.
