Well, I guess it wasn't because they couldn't understand what I was getting at. Your letter was very well put, there's no way to misinterpret what you want. I replied to "George" earlier, hopefully I will get a proper response soon.
I've been looking through a lot of threads in our little Kobo forum and it seems like when someone is complaining about the customer service at Kobo the person they are complaining about is "George". I don't know how many people are working in the helpdesk over there but I think they could do better without George's help. He doesn't seem to actually read the e-mails.
