Urgh, I feel your pain! What's really working for me right now is an exercise DVD (abs and buns )- I'm liberating energy, I tire myself so I can at least sleep well, and mostly, the best part of it: I swear my head off at the blond bimbo who's not even breaking a sweat when all my muscles are close to ripping point. *Very* liberating. The only other thing that would help (for me anyway) these days is boxing.

A couple of advils are necessary for muscular pain on the day after though. And it's not guaranteed that your neighbours will still talk to you after.

Edit: please note that the blond bimbo is actually quite a nice lady, not a plastic thing. But I still need to curse her.
