I voted that I don't care although it's hard for me to distinguish between that and the "I have better things to do…". To tell you the truth, I do have better things to do, such as use Calibre

It's an awesome tool and it does almost everything I'd like it to do, so as long as icons do not prevent me from using Calibre to do all those things (and they don't), I don't care what they look like.
