These ARE bugs of the netronix/PocketBook firmware, not bug from Mac OS.

I saw you post that further up... I specifically asked in this forum for a reader that would work with OS X 10.4.11. I'd been looking at Sonys but I saw that they have problems with the older operating systems. I was pointed towards the PB360 instead.
I'm not happy right now that I was misinformed. I do not want to update my OS. If my reader won't work I don't know what I'm going to do.
