I had to remove the attachment as the book is still sold for about 7 pounds in the UK. I checked on line and all that I could find there was a tease of Chapter 1.

We do not allow copyright material to be posted without the consent of the copyright holder. If you have the permission of M. Forster to post a copy for free then it can be restored.
