I bought a used prs6oo. It has books on it and I'm able to open and read them. When I connected it to my computer to load ebooks library the connection was indicated, the computer sees the eReader and detects the Reader library installation software. When I gtry to initiate the software download for installation, the error message is as follows: "An error occurred while downloading the software. Please check internet connection and try again." My internet connection is OK and I've reattempted several times. Can anyone offer suggestion, solution or workaround?
