What boycott? Read Amazon's report. All ebooks are out selling hardcovers in both volume and pricing. Boycott, shoycott! I buy what I want to read. If the cost is too high, then I find something else. But, I do that on everything. That is not a boycott, it is common sense. The world is going to pot, and there are 8 pages worrying about 9.99 or 12.99.
