In general I don't care about the icons, once I've used them once or twice I remember what they mean.
However I was confused by the delete icon, the recycle arrows just didn't represent delete to me, a trash can for example would. I would say the same (but to a lesser extent, as I have no idea of a better icon) about the convert icon.
