Have a look at post#6, there you'll find the link.
If you download the latest development snapshot (1.1.4) and unpack the archive you'll find writer2xhtml.oxt inside it. Install it into OO. As an extra you can install xhtml-config-sample.oxt. Now you can convert Writer and Calc documents to epub by chosing Export from the File menu and in the export dialog box chose either epub or xhtml+..., depending on you needs.
Have a play around with the different settings. The Style option choses your stylesheet from a set of W3C recommended styles, or custom and then you can create you're own. The dialog boxes provide help on the settings available.
