You don't have to do anything to Calibre to get it to display characters, Greek or otherwise. If the EPUB is correct, and the font is available, Calibre will use it. It appears to me that the problem is in the EPUB, not Calibre. Does the EPUB you got from the Internet Archive display Greek characters when viewed with other EPUB viewing software?
