thanks for the suggestion,but iam affraid that windows cant make partition on removable disks.i tried trought disk manager in windows and the option is greyed out.

Anymore suggestion?i think i will buy 1G sd card just for updating.I just thought if there is other way but i guess everybody has to do it with 1GB sd card.
to Wap502:Have you actually did update the firmware from your 4GB card?
