You don't have "freedom of speech" on a forum. There's nothing to "exercise". If the admins want, they can delete anything you say.

Sure they do, what makes you think they don't get to decide what they publish/broadcast?
The only time the FCC can step in is if it's done over public airwaves. That's not private property though.
