Maybe they'll just replace the current iTouch with a bigger one, thereby making it a mini-iPad?
That might make sense, in a way. As it currently stands, the iTouch is basically an iPhone minus the phone. Giving it a larger screen and positioning it as a sort of mini-iPad will help differentiate it from the iPhone, as well as introducing something between the iPhone and iPad.
