Thankyou, I did those things and my Jebook is recognized, however the 3 books I downloaded from my local library's Overdrive Program will not open. Each book gives me a "failed to open" message. They are epubs and will open on my computer screen in ADE. Do they need to be in a spcecial folder on the Jetbook. BTW, thankyou for all of your help.
