I will be at the Sprint store as soon as the next client payment arrives. My old Samsung i500 with Palm 4.5 is on its last legs. And yes, I have been with Sprint for over 10 years and they have been great to me the whole time. I have never had a problem with their service although I have heard that many have.

While the buttons are small, they are a major improvement on the hand text entry called Graffiti on my phone.

I'll give a report as soon as I can.
