Just to confirm, I have the following version of the Kindle software: 2.5.3.

I had the same problem on my K2US ver. 2.5.2, but what I did was I typed in "j:\\system" manually and it showed up (j:\\ being my drive letter of kindle). It worked for me. Hope it helps you.
