There are surveys that measure people's happiness and compare it to how rich they are (and if I wasn't a slob I would go find one). Anyway they conclude that poverty makes you sad and being really, really rich doesn't actually make you happy (or maybe happier). Something about having more stuff to worry about possibly. Being comfortable is what makes you happy.

Working your guts out to be a billionaire is not worth it. Finding an easy way to make a billion probably is and if you get sick of it you can give it away (puts hand up).
