Hmm... it should definitely work with SD cards formatted using FAT or FAT16, FAT32
has worked for some of my updates but if any formating were to prevent an update
it should be that one. That you are experiencing the opposite, might mean something
what it might mean eludes me, for now.

Under the System Settings Version Information it has version 0.16 patch 16?

And your SD card and Internal memory don't show up when you look at System
Settings "Memory Capacity" or "Card Capacity"?

How about under Settings and the "Internal File Manager" or "SD Card File Manager"?

Your SD cards for your ebooks should be formatted as FAT32.

I can't picture a logical reason for what you have described, it should be working if
it shows the firmware installed.
