Many times I have seen the smart way of adding an URL to a translated text:

"For help with writing advanced news recipes, please visit <a href="http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net/user_manual/news.html">User Recipes</a>"

That is incredibly smart - why have other projects not done that before!

Can e.g. add Wikipedia URLs or should I suggest them somewhere first?
